First, we honor that calling us for help may be an act of courage for you, and we will do what we can to make you feel comfortable in the process. To schedule an appointment, please call 800-769-0342. Phone calls are almost always returned within a few hours. (Please note that calls made after 5 p.m., on weekends, or holidays will not be returned until the following business day.) We will work with you to determine the therapist that will be the best fit for you. 

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request that appointments be cancelled 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule someone else who may have an urgent need or a schedule change to put them in your time slot for that time only. We understand that there are emergencies and we do make allowances. We take our commitment to your therapy session time seriously and hope that you join us in doing the same.
