Professional Speaking and Writing

In addition to being a psychologist and sex therapist, Dr. Buehler holds a Master of Professional Writing (MPW) degree from USC. She is available for public and professional workshops, speaking engagements, writing assignments, and special collaboration with other medical and mental health professionals.

Dr. Buehler has been in demand as a speaker to numerous organizations, including the American Heart Association, the Diabetes Support Group at Saddleback Hospital, South Coast Medical Center, Tapestry: A Unitarian Universalist Congregation, and the Orange County Psychological Association. Collaboration with Other Professionals
Dr. Buehler is the former Director of Behavioral & Sexual Health Services at The Center for Optimal Health, which she co-founded with an endocrinologist. This partnership helped her learn how to work with other healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, gynecologists, uro-gynecologists, urologists, oncologists, fertility specialists, physical therapists, and so forth. She is also a strong believer in working closely with a patient’s psychiatrist.
